The Warehouse Associate position is a labor-intensive role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. This includes receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping products while ensuring inventory accuracy and product quality. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working as part of a team to meet production and shipping goals. Candidates must be willing to commute to the Chula Vista area and should be prepared for physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated locations.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct quality checks on products.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Assist with organizing warehouse layout and storage solutions.
• Labor-intensive role requiring physical strength to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
