Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and control systems, including MCCs, motors, PLCs, and robotics.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and repairs to resolve safety, quality, and productivity issues.
- Develop and execute proactive maintenance plans, including preventive and condition-based maintenance.
- Support critical projects and process improvements through PLC programming and equipment setup.
- Mentor junior electricians, fostering skill development and overseeing work assignments.
- Proficiency in safety practices (e.g., LOTO, PPE, and confined space procedures).
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems, including e-stop systems, AC/DC drives, and relay logic.
- Ability to create and troubleshoot advanced PLC programs and systems.
- strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC), electrical schematics, and troubleshooting tools.
- Exceptional math, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Responsibilities
1. Maintain Manufacturing Processes and Equipment:
- Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing and support equipment, focusing on electrical systems such as MCCs, inverters, and motors.
- Maintain and troubleshoot control systems, including PLCs, robotics, and automation equipment.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and repairs for equipment issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity.
- Differentiate and address issues related to product, process, mechanical, or electrical causes.
- Communicate findings, implement corrective actions, and update electrical schematics as needed.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) by inspecting and measuring equipment components based on predefined schedules.
- Perform Condition Maintenance (CM) by repairing or replacing components identified during PM or predictive maintenance (PdM).
- Develop detailed job plans and ensure schematics are updated accordingly.
- Execute work orders related to critical projects and process improvement efforts.
- Design, set up, and program complex PLCs and other operational equipment involved in production.
- Mentor and guide less experienced electricians (Reliability Electricians II-IV), assisting with project management and work assignments related to manufacturing systems.
