Responsibilities

• Assembly of Medical Devices: Assemble, inspect, and test medical devices or components according to company and regulatory standards, ensuring that products meet required specifications.
  
  
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections, functionality tests, and measurements to ensure all products meet quality assurance standards and specifications.
  
  
• Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including assembly steps, inspection results, and any deviations from standard procedures, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  
  
• Material Handling: Receive, handle, and store materials and components safely and properly to avoid contamination or damage.
  
  
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve assembly issues by troubleshooting defective components or equipment and collaborating with the team to find solutions.
  
  

Skills

Medical Assembly (2 years of experience is preferred)

Parts Assembling

Hand Tools (2 years of experience is preferred)

Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is preferred)

Clean Room (2 years of experience is preferred)

Microscope (1 year of experience is preferred)
