Responsibilities

Cycle Counting

• Perform cycle counts and record inventory data in the system.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between physical and system counts.
• Inspect, classify, and verify materials during cycle counting activities.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with the Inventory Control team.
• Assist with full inventory audits and spot checks to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement improvements to inventory management practices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with 5S, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations, including material handling and receiving.
• Develop and sustain ERP systems for critical inventory.
• Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to meet schedules.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Data Entry

• Collect and input data from warehouse personnel into the designated database.
• Verify and update data for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
• Maintain digital filing systems and scan/upload documents.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Update daily scheduling information from planning boards into the system.
• Collaborate on maintaining operational scorecards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
