Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, production schedules, and warehouse operations effectively.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
