Responsibilities
This position is a direct hire position straight in with the company and requires a rotating schedule on 3rd shift 6pm - 7am (such as work 2 days, off 3 days, work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days etc) Supervision experience in Automotive/Glass manufacturing a plus
Responsibilities includes:
Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance/Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment
Guide and coach employees - monitoring their productivity/ Prepare reports on performance and progression of production and employees/Coach and counsel employees on performance, attendance, training, safety and compliance
Manage the workflow responsibilities, assigning work station, preparing schedules, approving time off request
Process payroll timesheets and perform audits in areas of safety, training, and quality
