Randstad has an opening for a CNC Programmer for the Alcoa, TN area! This Direct Hire role would work 1st shift Monday- Friday and pay based on recent experience between $28-35/hr! Responsibilities

• Setup and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers and CMM equipment
• Program CNC equipment on-line and off-line
• Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on various shop equipment
• Understand and identify EHS hazards, risks and controls of the machine shop operations and activities at the site
• Ensure full compliance with EHS and Quality requirements
• Maintain accurate and legible records of production work and results

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
