Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble truck bodies and related components with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Ensure all assembled components meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or vehicle production (preferred).
- Hands-on skills and familiarity with tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
As a Truck Assembler & Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing the assembly of cargo vans. The assembly must be completed according to the goals set by the Production Manager. You will do this by:
- Assembling basic equipment and products under close supervision and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Reading, interpreting and following basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Meeting production schedule deadlines as designated by the Production Manager.
- Performing quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Identifying product defects and documenting them.
- Performing all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Conferring with supervisor regarding quality or procedure problems.
- Reworking and/or repairing assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Performing all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
