Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Open and or closing the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Must be flexible, neat and organized
- Writing reports and submitting to Management team
- Detail oriented, must be able to read machine and electrical schematics
-Time management and planning skills
- Ability to manage and maintain complex machinery
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using voltmeters and working with both low and high voltage systems
- Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance teams
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and schematics
- Prior experience in facilities management
