Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machines to form and fabricate metal components according to precise specifications.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC brake press machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Program CNC machines using appropriate software and ensure proper tool selection.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and ensure proper machine calibration.
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Document production data and complete required reports.
