Randstad Direct Hire is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team and contribute to the reliability and performance of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and machinery maintenance will make a critical impact.

salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase power, motors, and control panels, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, including reading ladder logic and identifying faults, to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Maintain and repair VFDs, sensors, and automated control systems, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to prevent unplanned outages.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technical expertise to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
