We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Operator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the overall production process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with packaging experience looking to work in a fast-paced environment.   Requirements:

• Previous experience in a packaging operator role or similar position
• Ability to operate packaging machinery and troubleshoot minor issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

salary: $17 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery to package products efficiently and safely
• Monitor and adjust machines to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect products for quality, ensuring all packaging specifications are met
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Keep accurate records of production and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
