About the Role:
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repair for our manufacturing plant. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance practices while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations 1 and OSHA standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, with demonstrated supervisory experience.
