We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations within the industrial and hydraulic hose industry. This role requires a proactive leader who can implement operational policies, manage inventory levels, and ensure workplace safety while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring extensive warehouse management expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Implementing operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Ensuring the safety of staff
• Management of stock counts and inventory levels
• Scheduling of all incoming and outgoing orders to ensure customer deadlines and satisfaction
• Maintaining of a safe and clean work environment, free of hazards and debris
• Oversight of Front Counter and associated sales, inventory and stock levels

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the Industrial/Hydraulic Hose industry
• Intermediate to Advance in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new software programs
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing distribution setting
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
• Experience successfully leading or managing a team

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 70lbs
