Responsibilities
Imparts directives, goals and needs of the management team of the desired outcomes in a timely and positive manner looking towards maintaining; as well as building positive employee relations.
Assigns work to employees, moves employees to obtain optimum efficiency for effective throughput of finished product in the least amount of time possible, controls labor costs, oversees the work product, quality control, and coordination.
Examines production to determine if items meet specifications.
Enforces policies and safety regulations.
Directs, motivates, disciplines and reviews employees in a timely manner consistent with company policy.
Responsible for the training of any newly hired employees as well as insures each employee is cross-trained.
Communicates with other departments to establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
