Our client is a leader in military electronics, known for producing high-quality, precision-engineered products. We are seeking a skilled Hands-On Solderer to join our team and contribute to the assembly and repair of our products. • Proven hands-on experience in soldering, with knowledge of techniques such as through-hole and surface mount (SMT) soldering.
• Certification in soldering standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and magnification devices for precise work.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering on electronic components, circuit boards, or assemblies.
• Assemble, rework, and repair parts using hand soldering tools, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Inspect soldered joints for compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure proper assembly.
• Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment as needed.
