Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, including inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and safety compliance. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 20-50 associates, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
- Maintain up-to-date procedures, compliance with safety standards, and proper timecard management.
- Implement and support employee recognition programs.
- Monitor inventory controls, materials movement, and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with management to set and meet quality control standards and KPIs.
- Coordinate daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
- Partner with production management to maintain Kanban levels for materials.
- Ensure building security and loss prevention procedures are followed.
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of warehouse or operations experience, including supervisory roles.
- Computer skills, including ERP (NetSuite a plus) and WMS systems.
- Experience with lean principles and inventory management in an ERP environment.
- Effective communication with internal teams and shipping companies.
