- Prepare Materials: Clean and organize panels and workspaces for inspection
- Inspect Panels: Use specialized tools to identify defects, misalignments, and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Document Results: Accurately log inspection data and report findings
- Operate Equipment: Start, run, and maintain inspection machines to ensure optimal performance
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and fine motor skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Experience: Background in PCB inspection, quality control, or electronics manufacturing is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Preparation & Handling: Verify board count, clean panels/film, and AOI tables
- Inspection: Inspect panels/film for part number, layer name, defects, material type, line width, air gap, image quality, and resist strip
- Documentation: Complete Process Traveler and AOI logs; report accepted/rejected boards/film.
- Equipment Operation: Operate AOI machines, microscopes, and inspection tools
