Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Place quality products from pans into the carriers (trays) with or without wire
baskets from the racks in a timely manner. Stack empty pans on designated pan
carts.
• Give breaks/relieve the employees on the Donut Packing Conveyor placing
donuts into carriers (trays) that have wire baskets or into pans with a paper liner.
• Place paper liners into baskets placing them in stacks as required.
• Relocate packed product (up to 18 carriers/trays high on a dollies) to the proper
location on the pick line.
• Work each of the three stations of the wrappers:
✓ Infeed: place the correct number of the specified product on to the in feed
conveyor of the wrapper from pans. Stack empty pans on designated pan
carts.
✓ Label: place, in the proper location, the correct label for each item.
✓ Packing: placing the wrapped and labeled products in carriers (trays).
• Clean equipment in accordance to Bakery Express standard cleaning
procedures.
• Move empty stacks of wire baskets and carriers (trays) that are on dollies to the
packing area. Move empty racks and full pan carts to designated areas.
• Assist other departments in packing donuts, picking orders, and frozen setup as
needed.
• Provide Maintenance personnel with any pertinent observations relative to
equipment function and operation.
