Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines, die-casting equipment, robots, and other manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment meets operational needs.
- Document maintenance activities, including parts usage, repairs completed, and downtime logs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide input to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational costs.
- Stay updated on new technologies and equipment to enhance technical expertise.
