Responsibilities
Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and permit requirements
Work closely with engineers, architects, inspectors, and city/county officials
Conduct site visits, progress assessments, and problem-solving as issues arise
Lead project meetings, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maintain cost-effective project execution
Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact timelines or budgets
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and financial records
Deadline and detail oriented
Travel to job sites as needed to oversee project execution and ensure quality control
