• Operate advanced drilling equipment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to equipment.
• Accurately input job details into the manufacturing tracking system.
• Interpret shop orders and blueprints to verify prior operations, counts, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Abilities:

• strong communication skills and the ability to read and write in English.
• Physical stamina to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with CNC drilling in the printed circuit board industry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Excellon Machines and Pluritech X-Ray tooling systems is a major plus.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to cross-train.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
