We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including 5-axis CNC machines, automated conveyor systems, and other mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 PM Sunday-Wednesday 
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, entering data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment failures to restore operations.
• Operate diagnostic equipment, including analog and digital multi-meters, pyrometers, and photo-tachometers.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely ordering and availability.
• Communicate equipment issues effectively with peers and management to address any potential problems.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and workstations.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and adhere to all regulatory requirements related to hazardous materials handling and waste disposal.
• Comply with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on changing business needs.
