Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair custom electro-mechanical systems, including PLCs, servo systems, and vision systems.
- Perform PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure systems run efficiently.
- Program and troubleshoot robotic applications.
- Design and implement electrical panel layouts.
- Repair and maintain vision systems and servo systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is fully operational.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operational success.
- PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting experience.
- Proficient in HMI diagnostics and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Electrical panel design and layout skills.
- Experience with vision system repair and calibration.
- Expertise in servo system repair and troubleshooting.
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
- Associate’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electrician’s License, or High School Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
