The Lead Robotic Welder and Programmer will oversee all welding operations and personnel across three shifts, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This role includes directing and mentoring welders, optimizing equipment use, and implementing best practices for productivity and safety.
salary: $58,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Lead and train welders
- Program and set up robotic welders
- Ensure quality of parts produced
- Verify welding results by inspecting and testing
- Proactively prevent downtime of equipment
- Oversee pre-production builds
- Evaluate rates for obtainability and correct processes or rates as necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all procedures
- Partner with Engineering to ensure reliable, high-quality fixtures
- Work with Maintenance to maintain optimal equipment performance
- Coordinate with Scheduling to increase run sizes, especially for 2nd shift.
