Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure the accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Set up packaging lines, load materials, and adjust equipment settings as needed to meet production requirements.
- Perform quality checks on products, ensuring packaging is accurate, labels are correct, and all safety and regulatory standards are met.
- Monitor packaging materials inventory and notify supervisors of any shortages or issues.
- Inspect packaging equipment regularly for proper operation and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
