As part of our client's continued growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Line Project Manager to join their team and play a vital role in supporting their sales process through technical expertise and detailed plant layout designs. You will assist in the pre-sale process by designing plant layouts according to client specifications and defining the project scope of supply. Your work will ensure system functionality within both new and existing facilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure that sales quotations and technical documentation are accurate and timely, helping to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

• Quotation Process Support: Initiate and facilitate the quotation process by collaborating with Sales Managers, customers, and internal departments to determine project scope and supply.
  
  
• Configure Equipment for Quotations: Use Sales Configurator to configure equipment per customer technical specifications to ensure accurate and detailed quotations.
  
  
• Ensure Accurate Communication: Establish and maintain excellent communication between departments and customers to ensure accurate and timely project scope, layout designs, and quotations.
  
  
• Create Detailed Plant Layouts: Prepare comprehensive plant layouts with proper placement of equipment, ensuring they align with the customer’s requested scope of supply.
  
  
• Site Visits & Evaluations: Visit customer facilities as needed to evaluate existing plant conditions, including obstructions, measurements, and details relevant to the project scope of supply.
  
  
• Facilitate Handover to Project Management: Work closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution.
  
  
• Maintain AutoCAD System: Regularly update and maintain AutoCAD equipment blocks, ensuring that software and hardware are optimized for productivity and presentation.
  
  
• Provide Technical Information: Offer technical information on equipment and system solutions to Sales Managers and customers to support the sales process.
