Requirements:
- Experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required (training available for motivated candidates).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail for working with small components.
- Familiarity with soldering and electronic testing equipment is a plus.
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) or through-hole soldering.
- IPC or J-STD-001 certification.
- Basic knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.

Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and devices according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform soldering, wiring, and component installation on circuit boards.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
