salary: $49,920 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated manufacturing systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, vacuum systems, and VFDs.
• Ensure the smooth operation of PLC-controlled equipment and assist with modifications or upgrades as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service logs and spare parts inventory.
• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in system installations, equipment setup, and commissioning of new systems.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams as needed.
