salary: $19.49 - $19.5 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze team productivity.
• Assist and support the client’s staff.
• Follow up and resolve any issues on the floor with Randstad talent.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Respond promptly to conflicts or injuries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Provide coaching and feedback to talent when necessary.
• Help monitor workflow.
• Address questions from team leads or talent, when possible.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Randstad management.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with assigned team leads, talent, and the client.
• Understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
