Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
  
  
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
  • Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage practices to prevent damage and spoilage.
• Team Leadership:
  
  
  • Supervise a team of inventory specialists, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment within the warehouse.
  • Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
