Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain precision machinery, including CNC machines, wire EDM, and surface grinders, to produce high-quality components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to recommend the correct tooling processes for specific production needs.
- Inspect and verify the dimensions and quality of parts using measuring instruments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in heat treating and tooling repair processes to maintain production equipment and tools.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
