Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC brake press machines to bend, shape, and fabricate metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure precise production.
- Program CNC machines using specialized software, selecting appropriate tools for each task.
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and calibrations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor production workflows and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Record production data accurately and complete all necessary document.
