Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and adherence to inventory control processes.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to meet company objectives.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Analyze data to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
