Bakery Hero: Maintenance Technicians Wanted! Randstad is excited to announce that we have partnered with a local bakery manufacturer and we are seeking talented Maintenance Technicians on 3rd shift! 

Responsibilities:

• Prevent & fix breakdowns: Schedule & perform maintenance on bakery equipment & facilities.
• Troubleshooting pro: Use root-cause analysis, tackle hydraulics/pneumatics issues, fix circuits & PLCs.
• Master baker's assistant: Operate & maintain ALL bakery equipment, weld & fabricate metal.
• Data whiz: Track maintenance in CMMS daily, interpret schematics.
• Safety first: Follow GMP, PPE, SOPs, HACCP, OSHA regulations.
• Continuous learner: Invest in skill improvement.
• Physically fit: Expect elements, risks, food products, lifting & dexterity.

Qualifications:

• 2-year degree or 5+ years experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in equipment operation, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, & electrical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
• strong safety focus & understanding of GMPs.
• Able to lift 50lbs, stand/walk, & perform physical tasks.

• 1st week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
