Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Control: Develop and manage quality systems that ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and AS9100 standards.
• Drive Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reduce defects.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the QA team, fostering collaboration and precision.
• Inspection Oversight: Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections, utilizing tools like AOI and CMM.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze & Report: Use data analysis to inform decisions and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Engage with Customers: Resolve quality concerns and manage audits with professionalism and efficiency.
• Employee Training: Develop programs to ensure all staff understand and follow quality standards.
