Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Control: Develop and manage quality systems that ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and AS9100 standards.
- Drive Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reduce defects.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the QA team, fostering collaboration and precision.
- Inspection Oversight: Supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections, utilizing tools like AOI and CMM.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze & Report: Use data analysis to inform decisions and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Engage with Customers: Resolve quality concerns and manage audits with professionalism and efficiency.
- Employee Training: Develop programs to ensure all staff understand and follow quality standards.
