Responsibilities

 Conducting training for new employees, hiring recruits, and assisting in conflict resolution.
 Setting and enforcing production standards.
 Coordinating equipment and facility maintenance schedules.
 Directing production, processing, and distribution of products while ensuring compliance with company
standards.
 Overseeing daily operations of the plant.
 Ensuring safety and efficiency of the facility
 Planning, organizing, and running day-to-day operations
 Developing processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
 Monitoring operational performance and making necessary adjustments
 Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
 Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
 Opening and closing the plant
 On the job training
