Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and program CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Doosan machines).
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards through accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience working with CNC mills and lathes is required.
- Familiarity with Haas and/or Doosan (DN Solutions) machines is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CNC programming (experience with G-code, M-code, and CAM software is a plus).
- Understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
