- Previous experience utilizing paint in a spray gun and sanding tools.
- Ability to work with small parts/components.
- Previous experience masking and touching up paint to a blueprint.
- Ability to inspect parts to paint and blueprint requirements.
- Previous experience marking/labeling product to a blueprint.
- A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Must have good coordination and dexterity to apply accurate and consistent layers of primer and paint.

Responsibilities
- Apply paints, epoxies, or finishes using a spray gun to achieve matches, shades and/or special finishes.
- Prepares surfaces by cleaning and masking over areas that are not to be coated.
- Maintains, regulates and operates drying ovens, and spray guns.
- Mixes and blends paint to achieve desired finish according to drawings or specifications.
- A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail is needed to make sure that the finish of the paint is of the highest standard.
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time while spraying and sanding by hand.
- Maintain records about the work in process and completed and keep accurate records of stock levels.
- Label, Marking and Packaging of painted products.
- Touch up of Painted products.
