• Proven experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100  abd ISO 9001 standards and QMS requirements.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

 

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain compliance with AS9100 and other applicable quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and improve quality assurance processes to ensure product and operational excellence.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Manage and mentor the Quality Assurance team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
