We are seeking a skilled Wire Bonding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing duties under a microscope for extended periods, have experience with Westbond (Manual) Wire Bonders, and possess the ability to read and understand schematics. Responsibilities include hand and semi-automated pick and place assembly, troubleshooting material and equipment issues, and ensuring continuous production by adhering to SPC data control standards. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

salary: $18 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

 Must be able to perform duties through a microscope for the majority of the day

 Ability to read and comprehend English

 Must be able to read and comprehend schematics

 Worked on Westbond (Manual) Wire bonders Responsibilities:

 Hand, and semi-automated pick and place assembly work including: schematics reading, manual and automated assembly, and SPC Data Control.

 Resolve material and equipment problems to assure continuous production of required product



The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
