- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems and software
- Preferred fluency in Portuguese
- Experience working with Quantum software.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages
- Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities
- Track and maintain inventory of incoming and outgoing packages
- Keep accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels
- Package and weigh items, preparing them for shipment
- Print shipping labels and postage for outgoing packages
- Inspect goods received for damage or discrepancies and report as needed
- Distribute products to other departments as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
