Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quality audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of manufacturing terminology and best practices, as well as knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze data to identify quality issues and recommend/implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to
- Analyze supplier processes and planning to ensure compliance with purchase orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with minimal errors.
- Able to learn and gain familiarity with our part numbers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
