Position Overview: The Industrial Maintenance Technician II ensures the proper operation and maintenance of utility systems, performs corrective actions and repairs as needed, and maintains accurate documentation. This role involves general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and other systems within a GMP manufacturing facility
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of general maintenance and/or construction experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs and ISO regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and federal regulations regarding facility operations.
- Maintain utility areas to ensure they are clean and organized.
- Conduct repairs, maintenance, and assigned work orders, notifying the appropriate personnel and documenting all work performed.
- Install plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment such as sinks, pumps, circuit panels, HVAC chillers, air compressors, motors, and more.
- Manage inventory and maintain adequate parts and supplies, completing purchase requisitions as needed.
- Assist with special or construction projects, including demolition, renovation, and new installations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on boilers, stills, air compressors, pumps, and other equipment, ensuring required documentation is generated and maintained.
