- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in mixing or blending operations
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, recipes, and production schedules
- attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Operate mixing equipment according to production instructions and recipes
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately for each batch
- Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of products
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area
- Document batch records and report any deviations or issues to supervisors
