We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Riverhead, NY. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.   Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
• problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training is a plus

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery
• Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently
• Work with the team to prioritize maintenance tasks and support production schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
