Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical or vocational training (2 years) preferred (equivalent experience may substitute).
- Minimum of 10 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with NEC and local/state codes.
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP and ISO regulations.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Emergency Response: Address emergencies promptly, ensuring the safety and functionality of systems and equipment.
- Operations Oversight: Independently oversee the operation of facility systems, including starting and stopping equipment as needed to maintain functionality.
- Electrical Systems Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, including documentation of work and materials used in the CMMS program.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Perform complex diagnostics and repairs of systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping systems, and process measurement devices.
- Technical Support: Provide expertise during investigations of equipment or system failures.
- Contractor Oversight: Supervise contractors performing repairs, ensuring adherence to procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, as well as cGMP and ISO standards.
- Special Projects: Participate in facility projects such as renovations, demolition, and new construction.
- Training Oversight: Ensure contractors and vendors are trained in relevant safety, health, and environmental standards.
