Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of technical or vocational training preferred (equivalent experience may be substituted).
- At least 10 years of HVAC experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC system installation, operational techniques, and safety compliance.
- Experience with specialized systems such as Daikin, Vilter, and Dunham Bush screw compressor systems preferred.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and repair on complex HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and HVAC codes required.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, water source heat pumps, and commercial chiller cooling systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) and emergency repairs on HVAC systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the facility operates in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Maintain, program, troubleshoot, and repair VFDs in various applications.
- Oversee repairs performed by outside contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and health standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve HVAC issues to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Perform the job functions in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and governmental regulations.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and free of debris, supporting a safe work environment.
