Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs to balance quality, productivity, and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to maximize machine uptime.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Follow and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Execute daily tasks to minimize downtime and support production goals.
- Conduct inspections to verify adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Document work performed and report performance metrics as required.
- Support inventory management to ensure availability of critical spare parts.
