Responsibilities
- Set up both new and existing jobs on CNC Lathes, ensuring optimal performance.
- Run machines, optimizing each job for efficiency in time and tool life.
- Make edits to CNC programs as necessary.
- Independently problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Produce parts according to production standards, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
- Regularly measure parts to maintain quality and compliance with standards.
- Complete required documentation for materials and finished goods.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and others in the company.
